Recruitment Process

Recruitment is a two-way process concerned with meeting our staffing requirements and attracting the right people for the job who will support our objectives and goals in order to generate a sustainable competitive advantage.

Vacancies are advertised on our website along with online job websites and in local newspapers. We encourage you to apply for our advertised vacancies. Please read the advertisement thoroughly to ensure that you meet the selection criteria. If you feel that you meet the selection criteria please apply by sending a cover letter and your resume to the contact details contained within the advertisement.

All applications are assessed against the selection criteria for the position. If you meet the selection criteria you will be invited to come along to an interview. Unsuccessful applicants will be sent an automatic response.

We verify the information you provide us as part of your application. Appointments are subject to a satisfactory pre-employment medical check, the receipt of satisfactory references and the successful completion of a three month probationary period. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and will be required to provide appropriate documentation.

Resume Writing

When writing your resume it should be easily readable, to the point and demonstrate your suitability for the position. Ensure your personal details are correct so that we can contact you to discuss your application. Please let us know if your contact details change during the recruitment period.

List your employment history chronologically with the most recent first and include start and finish dates, reasons for leaving, position titles, responsibilities and achievements.

List any of your previous education and qualifications you have undertaken and with whom.

Please include any other information you feel is applicable to the position you wish to apply.

Interviewing Tips

If you are short-listed for interview, there are several things we look for as part of the interview process:
  • Is the candidate well-presented and on time?
  • Is the candidate prepared?
  • Has the candidate brought along proof of academic achievements, licences and any other documentation to verify information in support of their application?
  • Does the candidate match the selection criteria?
In the interview you will be asked a variety of questions where you will be expected to provide examples based on your previous positions and experience. Prepare for this by considering your previous positions, what they entailed, what your responsibilities were, your achievements and challenges.

During the interview we will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about our company or the position you have applied for, so have some questions prepared.
